2025 Quality of Life Innovations Resources Fair

This year’s themes: Professionalism, Networking, Teamwork

In November, W!se welcomed students from Origins High School, Forest Hills High School, Bayside High School, and Brooklyn School for Music & Theatre to our annual QLI Resources Fair at the beautiful community classrooms at Pier 57!

The fair is where curiosity meets opportunity. Students got to meet professionals, hear from an inspiring alumni panel, and see firsthand how communities are tackling quality of life issues. It’s the perfect space to ask questions, discover new perspectives, and gather ideas that shape their own QLI projects.

Students Meeting with Organizations

A huge thank you to our participating organizations:

Hear from our Phenomenal Students:

Students in the Quality of Life Innovations Program work within their communities to 1) identify issues affecting quality of life, 2) conduct background research and field research to learn more about the issues, 3) generate recommendations to solve these issues, 4) implement their ideas for change, and 5) form partnerships to broaden their impacts. These students heard directly from organizations working in a variety of fields on quality of life issues. These connections may lead to stronger QLI projects, future internships, and so much more!
